MCS Software provides payroll, HR, and time-tracking software solutions for businesses in the Caribbean, including MicroPay, MicroHR, and TimeClock. The Site is a marketing and informational platform. Use of our installed software products is governed by separate license, subscription, or service agreements with your organization.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

Submitting a request does not create a binding contract for software licensing or services. Pricing, features, and availability are subject to confirmation in a separate written agreement.

AI Chat Assistant

The Site may include an AI-powered chat assistant to help answer questions about our products and services. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate
• Chat output is for general informational purposes only and is not professional, legal, tax, or payroll advice
• You should verify important information with our sales or support team before making business decisions
• Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or personal employee data through the chat

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, software demonstrations, and design—are owned by MCS Software or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MCS SOFTWARE AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR USE OF THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
