Payroll

Doing your payroll shouldn't be a tedious, time consuming chore. That's why with MicroPay, payroll processing is extremely simple and takes only minutes. Simply specify the date for the payroll run and select the employee's pay type (Monthly, Weekly, etc) and/or the Department. After which, MicroPay will load the matching employees along with their respective tax information, additions, deductions, loans etc. Make any necessary adjustments, save and you're done!

Additions/Deductions

MicroPay can maintain unlimited Additions and Deductions, both before and after taxation. These Additions and Deductions can be added to the employee's file where they will automatically be applied every pay period or when doing the payroll run. In the case where additions or deductions will be applied to a payroll run, it will only affect that specific payroll and not the employee file.

Leave

MicroPay allows you to keep track of employee attendance. When doing a payroll run, you have the ability to enter the start and end dates of employee's leave and the reason for their absence. With the Time Clock module installed, the payroll run will automatically pick up all instances of when an employee was absent or late and allows you to enter reasons for theses periods.

Employee Loans

MicroPay Payroll Software allows you to maintain unlimited loans, giving you the ability to set the rate of repayment and apply an interest rate if required. Loans can be added both to the employee's file and/or to a payroll run.

Employee Banks

Each employee can have unlimited banks and account information, so that their salary can be split up over several banks, credit unions or mortgage companies.

Employee Inquiries

Automated TD4s

MicroPay gives you the ability to print employees' TD4 information directly onto TD4 forms approved by the Board of Inland Revenue, thus you no longer have to go through the hassle of procuring these forms on your own.

Job Letters

MicroPay makes printing job letters hassle free. Simply enter the required information and MicroPay will do the rest. The printed job letter includes the employee's wage and pay frequency (monthly, weekly etc) along with their position and the number of years they've been employed with the company.
