Detailed historical information is maintained, everything from an employee’s salary changes to their educational achievements can be easily reviewed whenever necessary. Inactive employees who receive pension and other benefits past the end of their employment will also be tracked by MicroHR.
Automate Succession Planning
MicroHR makes the task of planning position successions easy. Automate the process by entering criteria and let MicroHR do the work of finding the perfect candidate. The resulting list of candidates will be displayed by order of closest match to the entered criteria. For candidates that do not completely meet the job requirements, a list of skills/qualifications needed is supplied.
Track Employee Skills & Education
Details of employees’ skills and qualifications are tracked. Skills are quantified by experience and competence levels, which are updated and used by the Recruitment and Succession Planning Modules.
Co-ordinate Employee Training
During the course of their employment, your employees may be sent on training courses which can be paid completely or partially by the company. Training dates will be linked with the Attendance Tracking System for vacation planning. Once a course has been completed, their corresponding skill level will be updated.

Search the skill base for appropriate candidates for job openings. Schedule and assign interviews. Record and share notes on interviews and update the skill base with skills of interviewees for future reference. Automatically produce predefined letters of acceptance, rejection, job letters and job descriptions.

On the fly claim estimates, plan performance monitoring, turn-around performance tracking and several flagging options, for example; annual medical visits, sight test, dependant non-coverage, limit excesses, etc.

Track Grievances, Complaints & Industrial Action in detail including a description of incident/action, location, circumstances, repercussions, employee’s and others involved, legal action taken and status. Produce standard warning letters automatically using data collected from incident. Report on action taken and recommendations.
Perform Employee Appraisals
You can produce and record employee appraisals using standard or user-defined criteria. Criteria are weighted for calculating an employee’s score. Appraisals can be summarized by employee, department, job class or a user-defined group (or team) for project appraisals. You can also schedule and share notes on appraisals as well as adjust the employee’s skill levels based on the appraisals.
Manage Employee Benefits
More than just tracking, you have the ability define unlimited benefits of any type. Create formulae for calculating the benefit value to be added to the employee’s salary, and for employer’s contribution. Track contributions and benefits received.
Track Incidents/ Accidents
Easily track details of incidents and accidents for producing reports and cost analysis. This feature can be used in conjunction with the Optional Time & Attendance module to track leave and cost as the result of an incident or accident. Great for workman’s compensation tracking!
